Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Dizzy Solutions vehicle rental management platform (the "Platform" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Data Processing Addendum.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
Who May Use the Service
Business Customers
Legal entities operating vehicle rental businesses who subscribe to use our Platform to manage their operations.
Customer Portal Users
Individuals who have been granted access by a Business Customer to view bookings and manage rental profiles.
Eligibility Requirements
- • You must be at least 18 years of age
- • You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- • You must not be prohibited from using the Service under the laws of Lithuania or any other applicable jurisdiction
Service Description
We provide a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for managing vehicle rental operations, including:
Booking Management
Create, edit, and track vehicle reservations
Fleet Management
Manage vehicle inventory, maintenance schedules, and documentation
Customer Management
Store customer profiles, driver's licenses, and contact information
Payment Processing
Accept payments via Stripe Connect and Montonio
Invoicing
Generate and manage invoices with Invoice123 integration
Telemetry Integration
Optional Wialon API integration for real-time vehicle tracking
Service Availability
Uptime Target: We aim to maintain 99.5% uptime, measured monthly (excluding scheduled maintenance)
Scheduled Maintenance: We may perform maintenance during low-traffic hours (00:00 - 06:00 EET) with advance notice when possible
The Service is provided "as is" subject to Section 10 (Disclaimer of Warranties). While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Account Registration & Security
Account Creation
Business Customers must:
- • Register for an account via our website
- • Provide accurate company information (legal name, registration number, VAT ID)
- • Designate at least one authorized administrator
- • Accept these Terms, Privacy Policy, and DPA
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- • Keeping your password and authentication credentials secure
- • All activities that occur under your account
- • Notifying us immediately at info@nomora.io if you suspect unauthorized access
We strongly recommend enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) via Clerk for all accounts.
Subscription & Payment
Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.
Subscription Plans
Pricing is based on the number of vehicles in your fleet. You can view current pricing at nomora.io/pricing. All fees are in EUR and exclude applicable VAT.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each billing period.
Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your paid period. After cancellation, your data will be retained for 90 days for account recovery, then permanently deleted.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.
Prohibited Activities
- • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- • Infringing on intellectual property rights
- • Transmitting malware, viruses, or harmful code
- • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts
- • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Platform
- • Using the Platform to send spam or unsolicited communications
- • Scraping or data mining without authorization
- • Reselling or sublicensing the Service without permission
Enforcement: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Acceptable Use Policy without notice or refund.
Intellectual Property
Our Ownership
The Platform, including all software, designs, trademarks, logos, and content, is owned by Dizzy Solutions, MB and protected by Lithuanian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform solely for your business operations.
Your Data
You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Platform (customer information, booking records, etc.). You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process this data solely to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations as outlined in our Privacy Policy and DPA.
Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dizzy Solutions, MB shall not be liable for:
- • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- • Service interruptions or data loss
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
By You: You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through the Platform settings or by contacting info@nomora.io.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease. Your data will be retained for 90 days for account recovery, then permanently deleted unless we are legally required to retain it longer.
Governing Law & Disputes
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.
Dispute Resolution
Before filing any legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at info@nomora.io. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal proceedings.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email and/or prominent notice on the Platform at least 30 days before they take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cancel your subscription before they take effect.
